KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Meet targets Track the productivity measures as per the GPA (Grade Point Analysis) Case rate Persistency YTD appointments Implementation of GOLD (General Office Leadership Demonstration) Development of prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits through IID (Individual Identity Drill), GID (Group Identity Drill) and FID (field Identity Drill) Daily fast tracking of prospecting habits (rule of 53) and successful work habits (rule of 10 by 10) and field demonstrations Supervise the activity plan to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels  Conduct weekly performance review (PRP)  Provide feedback to trainers on group and individual development MEASURES OF SUCCESS: GPA scoreSatisfaction score Customer satisfaction score Mystery shopping score

Job Profile-Achieve business budgets for the MP branch at Indore.Managing processes within team.Monitor, direct and mentor the activities of the sales executives and representatives in attainment of the objectives.Ensure the attainment of pre-determined sales & gross profit objectives of the branch through the strategic implementation of sales plans.Identify and mine new markets for the Organisation and ensure the attainment of growth in sales and market share.Devise and implement promotional activities for consumer, trade, business & sales force.Conduct performance appraisal, identify the areas requiring improvement and thereby recommend to deploy members to RSM Involve in the conduct of inventory management and sales planning at the regional level by providing monthly rolling demand, inventory and sales forecast to RSM.Ensure the implementation of cost effective strategies.Provide the required feedback to the RSM on market condition and competitor activities.
