•To maintain Network availability for Rajasthan Circle @ 99.99 % .•Monitoring of Switch and RF KPI’s, POI congestion etc on daily basis and to ensure corrective and preventive actions for consistent improvement.•Ensure routine health check up of SWITCH, MGW’s, BTS’s, BSC’s , Microwave links (SDH/PDH) and Fiber transmission equipments.•Overall review of network performance on daily basis for past 24 hours and accordingly planning corrective and preventive actions.•Monitoring of Alarms reports (BSS, SWITCH) and to ensure clearance of same on daily basis.•Daily analysis of network outages, KPI’s report and to find out the root cause of the problems. Initiate the action for permanent resolution of the problems.•Regular meetings with Sales/Mktg teams and to provide solution to problems reported by them regarding quality of the network and to reduce customer complaints consistently to maintain SLA better than 95%•Conduct monthly operation review meetings with MS vendor, Media providers and IP companies for improvement in network up time, SLA and KPI’s.•Monthly sign-off with MS vendor for Define KPIs including network availability

Overall Responsibility of Jodhpur Zone Network & Support to Customer Bharti Airtel, BSNL.Administrating the overall network related activities across the Zone with 1300 BTS, 2 MSC, 4 MSS, 8 BSC ranging in entire Western Rajasthan ie Jodhpur, Pali, Barmer, Jaisalmer , Sirohi, Jalore .Handling a Team of 25 Field Engineers and indirectly 100 Technicians under them via Infratel and Indus. Overall Responsible for NPI and Switch Teams and all related KPIs in Zone.Monitoring and Driving all End to End Activities of Zonal Team and Providing Assistance and Coordination to all critical field related tasks with Indus, Infratel and ASP.Key Task of Rolling out all Site Expansion Projects (on New Towns and Infills).Ensuring Key Focus On Quality of Network in Show Case and Non Show Case Towns as per defined parameters.Tracking and Initiating Drive Test on Coverage Enhancement and All Measures to minimize outages.Coordination with Zonal Sales Team in all Planning and Network Related Issues.Ensuring Cost Effective Operation in entire area thru proper Tracking mechanisms and effective planning via deployment of resources.

Handled the critical network launch across Jodhpur region during network roll-outs. Facilitated migration activities from Siemens to Nokia networks. Part of critical implementation team for Nokia roll-out phase. Successfully handled complete operations pertaining maintenance of oGSM network.oSiemens BS-60 BTS,o Nokia BSC2&3i, Nokia Ultra Site BTS, Nokia Metro Site BTS, and Metro Hub.oSiemens Microwave Radio System CTR-215.Nokia Flexi hoppers & HFCL 34 MBPS OLTE) in co-ordination with NMS team.
