Handled full recruitment life cycle process from sourcing to on boarding of candidatesWorked mostly with core IT and some non IT requirements as requiredUsed Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice Indeed and LinkedIn for sourcing.Rate negotiations, submitting the resume and follow up with Client as well as with the consultant.Submitting the profiles after proper verification of visa copies i.e. H1B, Green Cards.Sourcing, screening and submitting the profiles with quick turnaround time.
