Handling customer queries related to Jio Mobility services and achieving customer satisfaction by resolving their grievances via chats.  Providing support to customers facing any technical or other issues while using the network and other services.  Helping customers with a detailed overview related to existing and new products and services.  Redirecting the grievances of the customers to the correct channel in order to help the customer and resolve the issue.
