Current• As part of Identity and access management(IAM) team spearheaded planning, designing and building of Access Governance and management system for the entire Tesco organisation to support around a million employees and contractors get access to different roles in around 600 applications.• As a Member of Database working group of Tesco worked on advocating for the right modelling and tooling and creating standards to be used throughout Tesco to help both new and experienced engineers make the right choices when building applications. • Created Access Request approval framework which supports different approval workflows based on criticality of the application and supports auditing, notifications and delegations.• Designed and implemented provisioning of access to target applications using different strategies for the ways the application handle their access i.e. Active directory, API, Database or Zendesk Tickets.• Created the devOps pipelines in Azure DevOps for deployment, regression testing, Azure Infrastructure creation using Terraform and static scanning.• Built Collection, Normalisation and processing of Access and Account Data from all the applications into a central Graph Database, reconciling them with Access Request Ledger and creating KPI Reports.• Lead the access management team to build account setup and recovery functionality for more than 700,000 tesco colleagues.
