After repatriation to parent department I was made responsible to handle with same duties as earlier. Apart from existing duties I was made responsible to handle Civil Suits, Arbitration cases, Criminal Cases, Service matters alongwith other types of regular communications in Legal Division as well.

During this time, I was on Deputation to PHPA-I&II, Bhutan as Liaison Officer but stationed at New Delhi. I was overall incharge with duties to Liaison with Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Power, Service Tax Office, CWC, CEA and conducting of meetings with officials and arranging the meetings of MD, JMD etc as and when required.
