Current• Creating the Vision and Strategy for the Pre-sales domain.• Relationship management with key technical and management stakeholders of major clients.• Approach Notes and guide team for Enterprise Deployment• Create solution architecture, BoQ and technical proposals.• Engage in business development and design compelling solution-based value propositions by identifying clients’ challenges and needs and developing solutions which meet those needs.• Enterprise IT architecture.• Consistently conduct research and pursue professional development to ensure competitive knowledge and translate this into Presales strategy.• Represent Esri India solutions at webinars, seminars, exhibitions, tradeshows, partner and user events through the preparation and presentation of creative technical demonstrations to showcase our technology and services.• Provide coaching to other team members to promote knowledge sharing and develop their capabilities.• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Pre-sales Professionals.• Lead by example through perseverance and take initiatives to resolve issues/challenges.• Recruitment, mentoring and developing a nation-wide team of Pre-sales Engineers• Articulate customer business problems, challenges and conceptualize ArcGIS based solution to meet the requirements.• Industry solution trends including Big Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, AI/ML, IOT, Remote Sensing, 2D and 3D GIS.• Ability to work closely with Sales and Business Development Teams with a strong focus on closing deals and achieve revenue targets for the organization.• Effective relationship-building skills, and a demonstrated consultative approach when working with core clients.• Ability to manage key transformational engagements, and large deals
