Automation: Handling of complete process automation process . Implementation of Ramco (ERP) Modules including Purchase Module ( POM) , Sales Module (SOM) , Inventory Module (IMS) , AP and AR Modules . Managing Smart FM a complete automation software. From the inception of the idea of automation till the complete acceptance of the system . This includes analyzing the manual process , creating system requisition report , Designing a Automation blue print , making a project implementation program , handling the complete implementation of project with proper progress reports , Delivering the complete project with regular error management and training .Contract Management : Managing contracts repository for all PAN India Contracts, managing the Expiry and renewal of contracts . Analysis of terms of contracts in actual performance of contracts , sharing of any discrepancy with Management for rectification process . Working with legal team in process of agreement finalization and approval . Monitoring all the contracts in regards to existing statutory requirements applicable to the industry. Procurement: Managing the purchase of the branches through the process of ERP platform. Handling a team of 16 SCM (Supply Chain Manager) stationed at the branches . Vendor Management and Inventory Management. Achieving Saving targets by proper analysis and removing of leakages.
