     Heading HR function for West India, Managing a Team of HRs for recruitment & Employee life cycle. Completion of interview processes with all stakeholders and finalizing offers to be rolled out on TAT. Monthly Meeting with Stake holders of all the divisions & Publish HR dashboard like employee issues, fill rate of positions, Joinees, Resigned, fill plans and recruitment efficiency metrics. Ensure a pipeline of candidates is maintained for high turnover positions in sales structures.  Identify exact geographies to hire for in partnership with business managers. Identify appropriate colleges for campus recruitment using relevant selection filters as per pre-defined SOPs.  Monitor quality of training provided to campus hires and give inputs to training team. Monthly Meeting with stakeholders after Sales closing to understand the hurdles & proving HR Inputs Monitor attrition numbers month on month and share with branch leadership team every month along with insights and actions. Ensure exit interviews are completed on time in full for all exiting employees and reports filed. Drive completion of objective setting for all field roles across BUs in partnership with business managers. Drive meaningful completion of reviews quarterly, half Yearly & annually for all field roles across BUs in partnership with business managers. Educate new joinees (appraisers and appraisees) on PMS cycle in Himalaya, form, system, process etc. Undertaking promotion interviews for inter grade/roles. Ensure employee grievances are examined on merit and proactively tracked and closed. Appointing Advocates, Attending Legal Hearings in Partnership with Legal Team. To ensure disciplinary cases pertaining to employees are taken to logical conclusion & Educate employees on policies and processes and ensure employee queries are addressed.
