Responsibilities: Servers and System administration, Network Queries from clients. Network monitoring / streamlining system performance, Ticketing system,Automation policy. Implementing new business systems for the client. Working with Active directory, Group policy, Windows, MAC systems, VM’s (Virtualmachines), Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 Administration. Troubleshooting Technical issues with computer systems hardware and software forclients, Support for data migration and responsible for network communications. Performed daily duties including answering internal support calls, Server installation at Data Center, System checks and Event notification
