Ashish is the co-founder and joint managing partner of Capstone Legal which is a leading boutique law firm. He was called to the Bar of England & Wales as a Barrister by the Honourable Society of Middle Temple. He is also an Of Counsel at VanillaLaw, Singapore where he advised on Indian Law. He has extensive experience in dispute resolution including arbitration. Several cases in which he has appeared have been reported by the Courts - including the Supreme Court of India. He is regularly quoted on important legal issues by leading Indian newspapers and legal magazines. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. In 2019, he was awarded the prestigious Pegasus Scholarship by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple, London. As a part of the scholarship, he undertook a work placement with Outer Temple Chambers, Blackstone Chambers and Cornerstone Barristers. He is also the Secretary of Capstone Foundation, which is a non-profit organisation promoting the use of technology in legal education and training.
