- Managed the Global Credit Data team covering the entire space of Data feeds(internal/external) and Data reporting(Volume,Market Share,compliance, etc)- Revamped the reporting infrastructure to move to Dashboard(Qlikview) based self-service reporting model instead of customized inventory of reports to be managed separately. The project involved moving the data to firm's strategic data warehouse(ETL using Pig/Hive) and model it using PURE.- Organized the data feeds space to improve efficiency,alerting,auditability and re-write the feeds to have a consistent architecture.

Designed and implemented strategic trade booking system for PARS(Periodic Auction Rate Securities). The project involved revamping the entire post-trade space for PARS and few components of architectuire also served as pilot for entire FICC(Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities) division products to follow.

I have worked primarily on an Onshore assignment with a leading Investment Bank in NY to provide end-to-end IT solutions for a proprietary trading group focussed mainly on equities and equity derivatives. My responsibilities included :- Designed a consolidated Risk reporting tool to capture Positions and Risk information across all Risk systems and enable customized reporting for all external managed accounts.- Design, build and maintain a Break investigation and resolution utilities to be used by internal proprietary desks as well as external managed accounts- Build and support desk-based FIX messaging and process messages to various destinations across platforms- Design, build and maintain other critical applications such as Price-Feeder, Reconciliation Engine, File Transfer Service, Security Master, Generic Online data viewer system, etc.- Client management, handling expectations and managing teams across different geographical locations and under different time-zones.

Provided online Reporting Solutions with Crystal and Actuate Reporting tools for Northern Trust Wealth Management group.At the backend, we developed performance tuned Oracle Stored Procedures to contain the Business Logic.Lead developer in the data migration project to automate the transfer of all business data from Sybase to Oracle and transfer front-end from Actuate to Crystal reporting. Used advanced features of PL/SQL, Oracle SQL Loader, Sybase BCP, Sybase views,etc to optimize the migration process.
