I will be working with Purpose India on "Alli Serona" initiative, to enable the women from the informal workforce to exercise their power and agency to become active participants in the city’s decision-making and be at the forefront of low carbon transition in Bengaluru, so that the transition has a positive impact on the lives of the low-income and vulnerable communities in the city.

Reap Benefit is on a mission to build a nationwide movement of 10 million action-oriented citizens called Solve Ninjas at a hyperlocal level by 2030 to address local climate and civic problems.Our unique Solve Ninja platform will activate the agency of 3.5% of India’s youth to come out of climate and civic inaction and apathy- leading to an increase in 21st century skills and building resilient communities through community-sourced data, solutions and campaigns; systemically addressing 12 out of 17 SDG goals.Leveraging the power of action-driven communities & technology, we are reimagining the role of youth in a bottom-up engagement to build community resilience through climate and civic change. Rooted in the idea of locals (neighbourhoods, data and solutions), we are creating a new democratic vocabulary to address climate and civic issues-ACTION!
