• Experience in Handling End to End Recruitment process (Mid to Senior Level).• Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting Resumes.• Conducting preliminary Interview of the Candidates to check the Interest, skills and experience.• Hands on experience on recruiting tools (Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter and Shine).• Attracting & hiring candidates from competitors and other companies by doing market research.• Negotiating the compensation packages and coordinating with the candidate and client till joining.• Follow-up with candidates until they join as well as working on back-ups in case they don't join.• Act as an interface between candidates & the clients.• Creating daily, weekly &monthly status reports.
