Client: Servicelink- Own and prioritize the long-term product roadmap and product vision for ServiceLink’s Mortgage Processing SaaS product, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer needs to drive sustainable growth and innovation.- Lead a cross functional team of 1 UX, 7 Dev, and 3 QA resources to drive the delivery of a product backlog across the entire product lifecycle by gathering requirements from all levels of stakeholders, including UI/UX, customer journey mapping, and product design.- Initiate discussions with the Product team, Engineering team, and Tech Leads to coordinate release planning, MVP planning and host Scrum of Scrums.- Drive cross-team collaboration to ensure clarity, focus and the realization of product outcomes, while continuously communicating the product vision to all levels of stakeholders.
