Hi there, I'm Ashley (she/her). I enjoy finding creative solutions to solve for complex problems. I am passionate about communication and the art of delivering a message with a purpose. My skillset has allowed me to build rapport with customers, edit and improve language used during customer interactions by creating content that maximizes productivity through collaboration, organizing professional discussions to centralize ongoing business needs, and cultivate long-lasting team focused relationships with my co-workers.During my time at Chegg, I've managed multiple projects with deadlines through strategic planning and time management. A project completed in Sept. '22 focused on consolidating my core team's daily business practices by utilizing technical writing to provide a comprehensive step-by-step overview of the daily workload. When I'm not working, I enjoy embroidery, rock climbing, and other crafts that allow me to express myself through artwork. I also have a deep love for animals, and I am often outside walking either of my two rescue dogs. I am eager to learn and open to new opportunities.
