I earned a certificate in Financial Coaching to help people learn to manage finances during the Pandemic. I developed a series of affordable online courses, edited video, audio, and created a training guides. Effectively marketed those courses utilizing social media marketing both paid and organic, and email marketing. Grow following of 5,000 people and helped dozens of clients through one-on-one coaching and online course sales.

As a graphic designer at ITS, I was in charge of creating graphics for my team. I was tasked with multiple projects at once and given hard and close deadlines. I followed through and never missed a deadline. I also had to learn three entirely new systems within a short time span and now am proficient in all three programs. I also wrote and designed graphics for a blog titled Designed:2:Learn while maintaining the Twitter and Facebook accounts attached to the blog.

As the first community mentor for Visual Communication I was tasked with creating programming on my own for ten different mentees. I was in charge of engaging my mentees in a welcoming and career driven programming while being someone that they could confide in and look up to. Time management and representing Northern Arizona University in an appropriate manner was key to this position.

I was tasked with making food for upwards of fifty people in a short time span and worked well under the pressure. I also put in tough situations where I had to handle them professionally and respectfully. Organization and time management was a must have for this job.

Being one of the student workers that worked in this department, I was placed in charge of about eight other workers where I had to train them and answer any questions that they may have. I was given many stressful situations with a hard deadline and I was able to achieve every one and train all eight of the workers. Major responsibility's include handling sensitive information, data entry, handling mail, working with large check/cash deposits.
