The first thing to know about me is that I live in chaos, although controlled and mostly organized its still chaos....and I love every minute of it! I describe myself as a Type A, typical Leo, that is blessed to have a beautiful blended family of 5 ranging from 25 to 5 years old! The passion I have from being a mom is what drives me to be the focused solutions based strategist I am today. No two days present themselves the same, but who I am will always remain true. I am consistently reliable, a team player / collaborator, and strive to hold myself to the highest standard in order to make my family proud. That alone keeps me motivated to do more today then yesterday with even bigger ambitions for tomorrow. The best part of my day is when I can help my clients with pressing needs they have from finding the "right person" for the job or by making a placement that will change the lives of the candidate.
