Act as the executive officer of the organization. Responsible for overlooking MESA email and communicating any important information to the board. Communicate with HTM faculty and staff on behalf of the organization. Attend all weekly executive board meetings. Be present at all MESA events throughout the semester. Newly elected President will attend the required RSO trainings. Facilitate interviews at the end of each semester for board applicants with Faculty Advisor and Vice President

The Events Director will take charge of delegating, planning, and overseeing a range of events throughout the academic year. One of the biggest responsibilities of this role is to oversee and lead all Event Managers. This position acts as a role model and a mentor for all Event Managers. This role also requires a creative mind, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various professionals, staff and students to deliver memorable experiences for our members.

Attend required RSO trainings (e.g. Officer In-Person, AS Banking), Be familiar with Associated Student’s Banking Account regulations pertaining to deposits and check requests, Submit required event forms on time, as needed, Monitor MESA’s Venmo account during/before/after events, Reimburse all MESA Board Members for event expenses, Maintain regular communication with President and Advisor, Regularly communicate with the executive board and all event managers, and Plan 1-2 fundraisers per semester.

Oversee a large staff, coordinate events and trainings, maintain the operation of the aqautic facility, as well as maintating a supervisor role in customer service needs from any resident or guest.

As a Lead Lifeguard throughout my seasonal job in the summer I act as the supervisor on deck that maintains a safe setting within my lifeguards and residents. Weekly training on CPR and First Aid were planned, conducted, and supervised by lead lifeguards. Served as a dedicated and vigilant lifeguard at our town swimming facilities with upwards of 500 people a day.

Organized swim meets and events. Coordinated and scheduled swim lessons for varying age groups. Created sets and led several swim instruction classes for children and adults and private swim instruction classes. Organized training for other instructors to ensure proper teaching. Supervised group lessons as a resource for any questions, concerns, and as a safety precaution.

Acted as a staff member to watch the pool and deck for any situation in need of a lifeguard. Rotating position throughout the water park and lap pool. Completed multiple CPR and First Aid Trainings.

As a Hostess, it is a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests. As the first point of contact, your warm and welcoming demeanor sets the tone for the entire visit, making guests feel valued and appreciated from the moment they step through the door.

Execute product trial and provide product education to new and loyal customers. Promote Rockstar products and upcoming events via Instagram stories and in-feed posts. Scout and activate events in the college community to promote Rockstar Energy.
