I am currently a law school graduate from Texas Southern University- Thurgood Marshall School of Law. I have an interest in civil rights law and criminal law, and am seeking a full time position that will allow me to explore one, or both, of these fields. I have always been interested in the role that socioeconomic status, education, and the law play in affording opportunistic access to underprivileged groups and I have a growing interest in the types of punishment being used to address and deter criminal activity. I intend to use my law degree to advocate for the disadvantaged, promote equal opportunities, and ensure true justice for all.
