While I was working there I was doing three different positions depending where they needed me on a certain day. I loved working one on one with the residents and nurses whether it was being a cna where I was able to gain knowledge within the healthfield, or assist in the residents daily activities from outings, exercises, games and feedings. Multiple times per month I would also fill in at the reception desk on nights and weekends. There further developed social skills greeting and directing people to the right places or giving them information about the facility. Would be in charge of sending out the up coming flyers for an events, sorting incoming mail and making sure that all deliveries go to the correct departments, while maintaining the phones and emails.
