I believe that empathy is healing and can help connect us to one another to help us all feel more supported. I do my best to bring empathy into the work that I do in the world and bring an intersectional lens in knowing that different structural factors influence each of our individual experiences. I have experience in youth outreach work, after school program facilitation, 7 years of customer service experience and working one on one with clients. My work and volunteer experiences has helped me become an excellent active listener, communicator and ability to create a safe space for people to share what they are going through.
