CurrentACCOMPLISHMENTS:- Designed new interactive systems such as the staff intranet website and external platforms for clinical members to access. - Hosts national webinars for onboarding staff, along with creative custom content. - Performed as the Site Content Manager for stockd, Premier's new eCommerce Marketplace. Collaborated with Legal, Business Operations, IT and Marketing teams meeting tight deadlines.- Developed new sales sheets for classes of trade across the Business & Industry and Continuum of Care verticals. Successfully launched our highest priority items on time, which included new pieces available to external stakeholders.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Partners with contracted designers to develop complementary visuals.- Develops/distributes email communications for healthcare & non-healthcare lines of business under Innovatix and Essensa, national group purchasing organizations (GPOs) and Sponsors, who are partner organizations under Premier.- Creates new interactive systems, information, and procedures across various platforms to improve business workflow across internal departments and external stakeholders including data management systems, forms, surveys and more as needed. - Manages direct staff, Member, Sponsor and external facing content, assisting with employee needs and direct follow up. - Created and manages Inside Alternate Site Programs, the internal SharePoint site for staff resources and marketing information. > EMAIL MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA - Creates/distributes email communications regarding healthcare, government, & industry updates.- Implements new campaigns and posts company event news across all LinkedIn and Twitter profiles.> TRADE SHOWS & SPEAKER MANAGEMENT- Coordinates marketing materials, advertising and booth designs for Innovatix and Essensa trade shows.- Corresponds with annual National Meeting and seasonal Sponsor Event speakers, vendors and suppliers to gather information for publications, presentations and more.
