I am a dedicated Exercise Physiologist committed to helping individuals get the most out of their bodies. With expertise in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and tailored strength programs, I focuses on enhancing performance and quality of life for my clients.My experience includes working with both youth and adults across a range of fields, such as rehabilitation, sports performance, and general fitness. I currently serve as the High Performance Manager for the Geelong Falcons U/18 Girls in the Coates Talent League and have previously worked in local high school sports academies.I hold qualifications in Strength & Conditioning (ASCA) and Clinical Pilates and brings over a decade of experience as a sports trainer to my practice. I have a particular interest in youth athletes, especially female footballers, and am passionate about teaching young individuals to lift and move well. I advocate for promoting an active lifestyle from an early age and addressing chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis and osteopenia with movement. I am committed to helping my clients incorporate physical activity into their daily lives to enhance overall wellness.
