Requirements Gathering and Analysis- Conduct in-depth client interviews to understand business processes and requirements- Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement- Document functional specifications for HighRadius solutions implementationSolution Design and Configuration- Design and configure HighRadius solutions to meet client-specific needs- Customize workflows and business rules within the HighRadius platform- Integrate HighRadius solutions with client's existing ERP and financial systemsClient Engagement and Training- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation projects- Develop and deliver training sessions for client teams on HighRadius solutions- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure smooth adoption of new systemsProject Management- Collaborate with project managers to create and maintain project timelines- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones- Identify and mitigate potential risks to project successTesting and Quality Assurance- Develop comprehensive test plans for configured solutions- Execute functional and integration tests to ensure system reliability- Document and track issues, coordinating with technical teams for resolutionStakeholder Management- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management- Present solution designs and project updates to key stakeholders- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionTechnical Skills- Proficiency in HighRadius suite of products including Cash Application, Collections & Deductions Management, and Credit Risk Management- Understanding of financial processes such as Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report- Familiarity with common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)- Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and reporting
