- Oversee and manage three state and federal grants totaling over $360,000 for the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Association - Secured over $280,000 in grant funding in 2020 from EmployIndy and Department of Workforce Development (DWD) to develop and implement an integrated adult education and training program for the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis called “Project Connect.” - Provide overall grant and program management for the YMCA's AmeriCorps state program, 21st Century program (CCLC). and the Adult Basic Education (ABE) funding.

- Supervised free after school programs located in Indianapolis Housing Agency (IHA) communities that included over 100 youth registered across four communities. - Organized and led domestic and international alternative break service trips each year that provided service opportunities to an average of 50-75 students and Y members annually - Responsible for maintaining and growing partnerships at IUPUI, UIndy, Butler, and Ivy Tech through a variety of ways from engaging with service learning classes to volunteer events - Authored over $250,000 of grant funding for the Intercollegiate YMCA

- Directed the Summer Day Camp program at the Benjamin Harrison YMCA, which included 50 staff and over 200 campers daily - Supervised Before and After School programs in the Franklin Township School District, which included a total of eight schools, 450 registered participants, and 25 staff – including four full time Site Directors - Organized School’s Out Camps, which included one YMCA location and three off-site locations - Responsible for staff training and supervision, program planning and implementing, and collaborating with community partners
