About Ashleigh Henry

I'm Ashleigh Henry (She/Her) a housing professional currently working for St Mungos in the PRS TST service; coordinating the tenancy sustainment support for clients that have been housed in Private Rented Accommodation.I have worked in the Homeless sector for over four years, mainly in positions of management, I moved into this homelessness after working in the betting industry for five years in various roles. I've always had an interest in Homelessness and wanted to be a part of significant change in the sector. From 2021-2022 I was the Co-Chair for St Mungos Private Rented Sector group that focused on trying to tackle some of the issues homeless clients face in the PRS. Developing training material to equip clients with the knowledge of the sector, their rights and attending wider group meetings to implement change in our approach to housing clients in PRS.A SUPER big advocate of psychological awareness, self-development and effective leadership, I decided to become a qualified coach. I completed the Mastering Your Power coaching and have obtained the ICF Lv1 Diploma in Coaching. I also have attained a Lv3 Award in Youth Work and Mentoring.
