As a Senior Consultant at Vizient, I leverage my clinical informatics and analytics skills to provide data-driven workforce solutions for advanced practice providers (APPs). I assist members in optimizing their clinical scope of practice and align their APP strategy with organizational goals. I manage the APP Advisory and Transition to Practice Program. I have over 9 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in pediatric emergency medicine, with a Pediatric Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ). I am also an EPIC Physician Builder Analyst, a Lean for Healthcare Provider, and an APP of the Quarter honoree.
