Hi, my name is Ashleigh. I was born and bred in Palmerston North with my family. I was raised with understanding the importance of family, friends, faith, being respectful and putting others before yourself, and this has continued with me and has become a huge part of who I am today. I have always had a strong interest in real estate since a young age, as I frequently would ask my parents if we could spend our Sunday afternoon attending open homes.I spent my high schooling years at Palmerston North Girls’ High School, finishing my final year in 2010, and I managed to obtain a job as a receptionist at a local real estate company. Somehow real estate stuck with me, and I've been working in real estate ever since! I've gained vast experience in administration, personal assisting, sales assisting and marketing. So with a decent amount of real estate experience and knowledge under my belt, I was ready to take on a Sales Consultant's role in 2015 and haven't looked back since!In June 2014 I had a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to go to Ohio, USA for 3 ½ months to work with underprivileged children at a camp run by the Salvation Army. The children that came really did have nothing, and I was exposed to poverty like I had never seen it before. I learnt again the valuable lesson of putting others before myself, and loving people no matter what they have or don’t have. It is something I will never forget and I hope to go back and visit someday.My absolute two passions are helping people, and real estate, and I love how well they combine together. I love meeting new people and taking time to get to know them, and I feel that my core values and morals fit right in with Shelley Naylor Realty. Selling or buying a home can be a very overwhelming and stressful task for many, but my enthusiastic, motivated & eye for detail will assist people in achieving their goals.
