Loyalty Marketing Specialist
CurrentIn my role as Loyalty Marketing Specialist, I am responsible for the overall success and growth of Oz Lotteries Loyalty program, Daily Winners. This role involves a deep understanding of customer behaviour, data analysis, and marketing strategy to optimise the program for maximum impact. I lead the program development, oversee operations, manage partnerships, and ensure the program aligns with business objectives and cotinues to deliver a superior customer experience.My day-to-day looks a little like...- Analyse program data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for program enhancement and growth.- Develop and implement strategies to increase member acquisition, retention, and engagement.- Develop a 12-month giveaway plan for the program, including major and special giveaways.- Develop and implement a tiered loyalty program structure.- Oversee program budget and ensure alignment with business goals.- Identify and secure strategic partnerships to expand program benefits and reach, while exploring new partnerships to enhance program value.- Oversee program operations, including membership management, benefits delivery, and customer support, as well as ensuring program compliance with legal a regulatory requirements- Develop and deliver weekly program performance reports to key stakeholders and leadership, including data-driven insights and recommendations.- Contribute to the monthly marketing report, by providing updates on loyalty program performance and initiatives.
