Management of 315 properties

In charge of management of a portfolio of 240 properties and a property management team of 4- Planning and booking routine inspections - Conducting open homes and private inspections- Processing daily direct debit payments and preparing office banking - Oraganising property maintenance and liasing with tradesmen - Preparation and completion of NCAT Cases - Completing outgoing inspections and finalising tenants bonds- Conducting Market appraisals, advertising rental properties for lease and updating landlords on property enquiry - Paying bills for suppliers and invoicing tenants water usage accounts- Organising and preparing leases for renewal whilst assessing market trends and issuing rent increases where required - Approving applications, taking a holding deposit and cnducting signup appointments- Use of Property Me, Inspection manager and Inspect real estate

- Running and processing daily direct debit payments for rent and invoices- Preparing and attending NCAT cases- Following up dishonoured payments and rent and water usage arrears- Issuing termination notices where required and liasing with landlords- Receipting Centrepay and completing bank reconciliation when required- Conducting open for inspections - Completing ingoing inspections for new tenancies- Approving applications, taking holding deposits and organising/booking sign ups- Use of REST, inspection manager and Inspect Real Estate

In charge of running the store and being of assistance to the store manager. Generating and assisting with rosters, sales experiences, wages, store merchandising and team training. As well as answering queries via phone, email and face to face

Responsible of running and opening and closing the store,being in charge of team members and accepting stock. Being sure to maintain a tidy stockroom.
