As Assistant Resident Director (ARD), I supported the Resident Director by completing administrative tasks for the Resident Hall, team development with the Resident Assistant Staff, and built relationships with residents of the dorm.

As a Front Desk Assistant, I performed various Administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering the phone, answering questions related to Student Life, and helping with any other administrative needs.

As a Resident Assistant (RA), I lived with, mentored and led 27 girls. I planned hall and floor events, wrote a monthly all-hall newsletter, and participated in events to build connections with residents.

Greater Minneapolis-St. Paul Area

As an Admissions Ambassador, I gave tours around campus to perspective students who are thinking about attending Bethel University.

As a tutor, I worked with a student one-on-one, to help them learn study skills and understand concepts for various Ministry classes.

As Assistant Coordinator, I oversaw, led and trained Camp Summer Staff. I helped run morning and afternoon meetings, mentored staff members, worked with Building Services to keep our spaces clean and help repair damages, and helped with a lot of crisis-control during the camp day.

As a Summer Camp Key Leader, I led an activity group of between 20-55 kids each week with 3-5 other summer staff leaders as the key point person, planned activities, carried and administered medications, and led a small group of 5-10 kids talking about a bible lesson.

As a notetaker, I attended and notes on lectures and submitted them to the Disabilities Services Office on campus for any students who needed them.

As a summer staff leader, I was one of 4-6 leaders of an activity group with 20-50 children, led a small group of 5-10 children debriefing a bible lesson, and planned and played games with kids.
