At Jetstar bullet-proof teamwork and clear communication was essential to avoiding in-flight hiccups and providing a world-class experience to our travellers. It was pivotal that I maintained my personal schedule and documented my movements so I could account for my time. This role was customer-facing, so it was important that my grasp of Jetstar’s values facilitated smooth customer relations. Client expectations and tensions needed to be mediated through problem solving and outcomes that aligned with the Jetstar ethos. I gained a wealth of interpersonal experience through my time in this role.
