At T.M Lewin I worked within the Customer Service department. I was responsible for taking calls and responding to emails from customers. Typical queries included delivery, returns and new orders. In August 2019 I was trained to use Live Chat and became part of the online sales team. My CPH ( Contacts Per Hour) target for the day was 10 rising to 12 after time which I regularly exceeded with a record high of 17.

My role within this chauffeuring company was first point of contact for customers. My main duties included taking calls for new bookings, making amendments on pre-bookings and ensuring that the correct information was inputted. After some time I was responsible for larger bookings for specific events and also liaising with overseas customers via email.I was also responsible for ensuring that our Airport Meet and Greet service was working efficiently and that they were provided all passenger information correctly.
