About Ashleigh White

I’m a savvy and creative global communications professional with a Bachelor’s in Media Studies and Master’s in Organizational & Strategic Communication. I am also certified in Change Management via Prosci. I have spent most of my career in communications — starting with internal and external and then moving into executive communications for C-suite leaders. I love storytelling and finding creative ways to influence the employee experience. I grew up with social media and did consulting for small businesses while in grad school and have even used some of those techniques in my internal comms world. My master’s thesis was on Twitter and was published in partnership with my advisor! In my current role, I focus on change communications for the enterprise, including M&A, retirements, organizational changes and implementation of new programs. I partner across the business with PR, social, M&A and more. My team will tell you I’m proactive, quick to respond, a problem solver and that I always try to keep it simple. I’ll tell you that I am passionate about DEI, the employee experience and being a trusted partner. I’m a lifelong learner, always looking to grow and stay up to date on trends and new ways of working. I have a roll-up my sleeves and get it done attitude and am an excellent collaborator.
