Current- Expand our Diversity Equity & Inclusion library and create opportunities for employees to get involved with our employee resource group (ERG), DEI and philanthropic programs - Identify and collaborate with DEI speakers/consultants to produce internal and external resources - Produce, host and edit our internal podcast series spotlighting our mission, values, DEI efforts and operational best practices- Collaborate with Leadership to promote our mission and positioning statements by creating digital resources that align new ideas to established concepts- Standardized our corporate philanthropy and manage the budget that supports employee-led initiatives, culture-centric programs and our end of year giving program- Set and track KPIs measuring engagement and impact of employee programs; prepare quarterly reports to share results with leadership and shareholders - Grew employee participation in DEI and philanthropic programs by partnering with ERGs to plan and execute employee-centric initiatives, webinars and collaborations that support their mission and goals - Established our MVP Program, celebrating exemplary corporate citizenship, by aligning the program’s objective to our company-wide mission and dedication to customer service - Partnered with our Marketing team to execute our first AI Learning Experience, Conversations with Creatives: Artificial Intelligence which created demand for an ongoing series
