About Ashlen Davis
I am a resilient special education student support advisor familiar with challenges associated with teaching special needs children. I remain positive under times of stress or conflict. I work well with classroom teachers to develop accommodations and special techniques for mainstream classroom inclusion. In 2018, I began working as a substitute teacher with Osceola County School District. I spent most of my time substitute teaching in an ESE classroom and fell in love with working with the students. Once the new school year emerged, I decided to make my position in the ESE department more permanent. Over the school years I have learned how to relate to many different personality traits and to understand their difficulty in social interactions and communication. I plan to further continue my passion for autism spectrum disorder by earning my bachelor's degree in Exceptional Student Education.
