Current*Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls. *Follow OSHA regulations and North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles policies *Central Insurance Verification (CIV) Software: review and confirm motor vehicles drivers’ insurance status, passport, driver license and state identification cards *Process all customers documentation to obtain a driver license that had escalation matters for resolution *Customer Service Immigration: processing and reviewing recipients’ documentation for approval concerning passports*SAVE System: processing the immigration documentation and confirming its accuracy of information *Microsoft office: draft letters, review excel reports and send and received emails using, word, one note, TEAMS, excel and outlook*SADLS System: update demographics, and review driver’s license, inquiries
