I am currently a senior at UCF learning about mass media. I have began to expand my expertise on social media by starting a social media account for my family's restaurant. With that account, I have been able to gain much experience and learn from trial and error of how to target my niche. I would love to gain more knowledge about social media so I can hopefully help other local businesses. Many businesses will fail without implementing new marketing tactics because it is slowly becoming the new definition of marketing and by sharing what marketing is, we can help local businesses survive during the pandemic!
