Project Name: Night to Shine, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, at Real Life Clermont 2017Responsible for managing the Night to Shine project, a prom event for 257 people with special needs ages 14+ and their parents/caretakers, at Real Life Clermont on Feb. 10, 2017.Successfully recruited 22 area team leaders and over 600 volunteers and held meetings to ensure all involved were informed and ready to serve at the event.Negotiated contracts with vendors and acquired over $40,000 worth of donations and sponsorships.Managed budget and expenses through careful purchasing of all supplies, decorations, and food and came under budget by $6000.Project Name: Real Life Fall Festival 2016Responsible for managing the second largest festival in Clermont, FL which brought in approximately 30,000 attendees over a 1 day-9 hour festival on Oct. 29, 2016 at Real Life Church that included 15 carnival rides, 30+ food vendors, 11 inflatables, live stage entertainment throughout the day, free kid activities such as face painting and games, and ended the night with a grand 11 minute fireworks display.Successfully recruited 30 area team leaders and over 900 volunteers and held a presentation meeting to ensure all involved were informed and ready to serve at the event.Developed a new sponsorship program for Fall Festival that raised over $10,000.Managed large budget and expenses and negotiated contracts with vendors.
