Analyzing ones’ credit payment, financial history and other loan underwriting factors for quick decisions on installment requests from dealerships. Providing customer service through calls to and from dealership employees relating to loan status, finance, credit reports and verification financial documents are valid for loan decisioning/funding.

Supervisor responsibilities including; training, scheduling, planning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining. Ensuring timely, positive resolution of guest issues; full compliance with department Internal Controls, policies and procedures. Maintaining strong working knowledge of local, state, federal and tribal gaming laws and regulations. Completed management/customer service classes monthly.
