In this role I was responsible for producing visual content for both internal and external stakeholders. Using both the Adobe suite and Microsoft Office in conjunction with brand guidelines I created brochures, flyers, social media advertising, reporting, newsletters and pitch presentations. I helped determine survey questions for PR agency Red Havas and also contributed towards the fit out of a new office space in Sydney.

Duties included purchasing of bulk stock from vendors for Telstra stores nationwide. Implementation of order amendments. Tracking of goods purchased. Handling multiple vendor and customer enquiries. In addition to this we were responsible for providing Telstra with required information needed to update new products into their system as well as provide the information needed for monthly audit.

Creating purchase offers and coordinating customer payments. I am also responsible for orchestrating the creation of new products within multiple systems to ensure the smooth process of collected devices.
