With over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry, I am a passionate and dedicated leader who strives to ensure the highest standards of safety and performance for Ventura Air Services pilots. As the Chief Pilot, I oversee the training, evaluation, and compliance of our flight crew, as well as the coordination and communication with our clients and partners. I hold an Aviation Safety Manager certificate from NBAA, and I have expertise in the CL604 aircraft, which I also serve as a Check Airman and a Standards Captain. I have a strong background in aeronautics, business administration, and management, and I have developed skills in the ability to perform under pressure, effective CRM, and team building. My mission is to foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement among our pilots, and to deliver exceptional service and value to our customers.
