She applies industry-specific knowledge to help Fortune 100 companies improve their sales and service functions as well as their overall customer and partner experience using Salesforce products. Ashley drives value for customers in enabling top-line growth by increasing sales productivity and improving customer engagement and satisfaction; as well as in OpEx savings by improving customer interaction efficiency and lowering the cost of service.With over 25 years of consulting experience, mainly in the CRM space, her sales and service transformation work for enterprise clients spans the full spectrum of strategy and road mapping, to business process design, to large-scale systems implementations and change management. Her work has included defining new business architectures and related technology solutions as part of global enterprise lead-to-cash and operating model transformation programs.Ashley has spent the last 13+ years focused on cloud-based solutions, especially Salesforce offerings and related ecosystem applications. She is currently working on building creative new service offerings for Salesforce in the digital space.
