Manage daily operations of branch, primary focus on driving revenue growth, limiting loss exposure, and managing risk.Provide leadership and direction in overseeing performance of 10 branch team members.Provide operational support to facilitate ongoing branch needs, recruitment, and retention.Generate new business through identifying products and services to new and current clients.Train new team members and supervise all operations ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.Process all administrative tasks including schedules, calendars, cash shipments, control online tasks, opening and closing procedures, and daily number reporting.Develop and lead team through daily meeting, weekly evaluations, and monthly activities to increase product knowledge, build rapport, and increase customer service relations within branch and in the community.
