In any job I believe it is important to find a purpose greater than oneself, and to use that as motivation throughout ones career. My purpose is, and always will be, people. On the job I tend to strive for perfection, and am known to be extremely dedicated, reliable, and honest. Others describe me as a people-person; as being extremely friendly and easy to get along with. I hold very high standards when it comes to how customers, and people in general, are treated. My reasoning for this stems from my belief that, regardless of the company or business model used, customers are generally their greatest asset, and therefore should always be treated and valued as such. Therefore, regardless of the job, my purpose and priority will always be for people, and my goal always set on customers leaving the company feeling better than before they arrived.
