Responsible for the general management of the Baseball Operations Department as a whole. Administered all youth programming for 12U through 17U inclusive of the Women’s National Team with primary focus being the 15U National Team and Women’s National Team Programs. Led the 15U National Team to three consecutive gold medals including the organization’s first-ever U-15 Baseball World Cup gold medal in 2018. Managed a staff of five full-time employees and nine interns through which the department administered the organization’s largest identification events both in size and revenue in addition to three National Teams and three National Team Development Programs (14U, 16U & 17U). Managed 2.2 million dollars in annual revenue for the organization.

Responsible for administering the USA Baseball National Team Championships West which serve as the primary identification vehicles at the 14U, 15U and 17U age levels. Utilizing three Spring Training facilities for a total of 23 fields in use simultaneously, this event saw a 41% growth totaling 232 teams and over 4,100 participants. Managed all logistics inclusive of budget oversight, umpires, staffing, facilities, participant experience, schedules, marketing and overall growth. Maintained responsibility for the Women’s National Team while additionally taking on the newly formed 14U and 17U men’s National Team Development programs. Displayed continued growth with the Women’s Program launching the inaugural Women’s National Open in 2015 and leading the first-ever Women’s Pan American Games team to a historic gold medal finish.

Hired, scheduled and managed all game-day staff for all events held at the complex. Managed the ordering and receiving of all USA Baseball merchandise and National Team equipment. Handled the day to day of the USA Baseball Retail Shop with a focus on the launching of the USA Baseball online retail shop. Maintained relationships with sponsors and vendors. Oversaw the administration of the Women’s National Team program.
