I am a highly motivated individual who can work independently but equally I am able to work within ateam. I am an honest, trustworthy and reliable person with a strong work ethic. I work well under pressure and have the ability to motivate and drive teams to a successful outcome.Communication is at the forefront of all I do on a daily basis both verbal and written. It’s essential that I trust and verify that my instructions/direction are fully understood and are executed in accordance to policies and procedures. Successful communication underpins all the core tasks that I carry out on a daily basis.Team work is vital to the end result, the army has taught me that I am strong alone but we are stronger together, while not being afraid to ask the right questions and make the difficult decisions.In April 2016 I was awarded a Commanding Officers Commendation. This was awarded for going above and beyond my normal day to day tasks within my role in my first year of being at my regiment. This award is only given to soldiers that excel in their duties. I pride myself on my work ethic and this award is definitely testament to that.
