Worked as a waitress to begin with, working my way up to Supervisor and Assistant manager, as a key holder I was in charge of running shifts as well as dealing with any complaints or issues which occured.This was a challenging role however I enjoyed my time working there and gained responsabilities including creating rotas for staff as well as placing orders and planning events.
