Performs detailed reviews and analyses of pricing structures using mathematical analysis to track trends in the marketplace. Studies sales history and consumer habits, looking for patterns in consumer spending.Researches the cost of production of homes, including options, and the profit margin. Involved with the presentation of products via digital marketing materials, which influence consumers, and provides advice during the research and development phases. Works with a variety of departments, including sales, production, marketing, and accounting, to ensure their methods comply with company strategy and maximize profitability. Other duties include maintaining price lists, contributing content for sales proposals, reviewing price quotes, generating pricing reports on sales revenue. Works closely with the budget and purchasing department, providing analyses of the current product line up.

Taught 7th Grade Math, Pre Algebra, and Geometry courses, as well as provided after school tutoring services to complement students’ coursework. Voted New Teacher of the Year 2015-2016.

Created the DCSS Middle School Cheer Program, sponsoring all after school practices and fundraising activities.
